Cancellation & Service Policies Please read the following policies carefully before booking an appointment. • Deposits: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Deposits are not transferable or refundable under any circumstances. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, for any reason, will be charged 40% of the service price. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service price. • Health Considerations: Please cancel or reschedule if you are experiencing a stye, pink eye, lice, illness, or any contagious condition. • Touch-Ups & Retention: • If you experience extreme fallout immediately after your appointment, please contact Candace within 48 hours. A small touch-up within 72 hours is complimentary. • Anything beyond 72 hours will be considered a regular fill. • Retention depends on client aftercare. • Allergic Reactions & Liability: In rare cases of an allergic reaction during the service, the lash application will be stopped and lashes removed. If a reaction occurs after the appointment, Icebox Beauty and its owner/operator Candace will not be held liable. There are no refunds under any circumstances. • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show. • Guests: No extra people or children are allowed inside the studio. Anyone accompanying you will need to wait in their car. • Fill Appointments: • If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full set will be charged. • Any appointments booked more than 3 weeks after your previous fill will also be considered a full set.
