Please cancel/reschedule if you have a stye, pink eye, lice, or feeling sick. Any appointment canceled less than 48hours in advance for ANY reason will be charged 40% of the service. If client is experiencing extreme fallout right after appointment please contact Candace within 48 hours. Come back within 72 hours after appointment small touch up is free. Anything after 72 hours is considered a week fill touch up. Client retention is based on clients lash aftercare. In rare cases a client has a reaction during the process, we will stop and remove lashes. Please be on time for your appointment. Do you have a 15 minute grace period to show up for your appointment. If you do not show up at in the 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. No extra peope/kids allowed, anyone waiting on you will have to sit in the their car.
